No fighters for pakistan: Russia

The CEO of Russia's ROSTEC Corp, Sergey Chemezov, has said that Moscow has not signed any contracts and has no plans for signing any military-related deals with Pakistan.

"We are not delivering any modern aircraft and any military aircraft to Pakistan. We have made deliveries of helicopters, but those are specialised in transport and that contract has been completed," said Chemezov.

"No contracts or plans for any other military-related equipment to be delivered to Pakistan," he added.

Its not about Russia selling fighters to Pakistan, its ROSTEC not selling fighters to Pakistan, which is also not true, as they have sold 4 Mi-35s to Pakistan.

Please stop spreading your propaganda here

@waz @WAJsal @Oscar Please close this thread as its being used to spread Indian false propaganda

May be you do not know Rostec is the Russina government nodal agency that is responsible for all Russian military equipment exports & sales.

If j-10c is in same class as f/a-18 super hornet China will not be buying su-35s
J-10 C is in the making.... it is to begin service in 2016 along with the J-15B.. which will be in par or better than the F-18 super Hornet. The J-10C will be better. than the EF and Rafale..according to the article..
One thing is for sure , even the J-10A and B has a 3000 m (10 000 ft) higher operational ceiling than the Rafale and that is its strong point against it in a look down shoot down scenario.. and that is now!

Lol where did you get that from, atleast try and provide some basis for your claims.

On a separate note i have started loosing respect for Indians, the sheer amount of propaganda they are spreading on PDF is just ridiculous and is bordering on lunacy. Apart from MilSpec and Joe Shearer i don't believe there is anyone from India worth having a conversation with.

Wet dreams of a Delusional media keeping her population as Delusional as it can get
And them indians buy it every time...

Quite damming to be honest....I've always doubted this SU-35 rubbish, now you can hear it from the horse's mouth.
It's a Chinese option or EFT, but the price tag on those is large.
I wouldn't be so quick to kick the bucket. The guy being quoted is basically the head of a trade promotion agency - Nothing more. Some times defence deals follow a very unconventional trajectory.

Sir @Indus Falcon has more info on said topic.

Yes I am sure

Sukhoi's Parent company is United Aircraft Corporation

http://www.uacrussia.ru/en/corporation/company/

Also the person heading UAC is this guy https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sergei_Ivanov

While the guy heading Rostec Corp is this guy

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sergey_Chemezov

This doesn't mean that Pakistan will get Su35s though, just that this thread has no substance to it.
Think Again.
UAC doesn't export any aircraft's, Rosoboron Export does.

Lets see what happens...After India buying Rafael, Russians shouldn't hesitate to sell SU35 to Pakistan...

Come out of Indian blackmailing...

The pakistanis have been courting the Russians for a long time - since musharraf's era since then, every pakistani leader has sent emissary after emissary to Moscow. Add to that the chinese pressure.

There surely is a lobby formed in Russia who thinks that pakistan might be a useful state to have and some moves have been made towards that. But, I doubt the Russians are going to weaponise a front line US ally just for the sake of it. It makes very very limited strategic sense for the Russians. Pakistan is just another north Korea, dependent on the Chinese diplomatically, economically and strategically. The Russians do not need another international pariah, and that too at the cost of its long time friend.

Strategically, the Russians might look at Pakistan as useful against gulf states or as someone who can control the taliban in Russia's strategic central asian space, basically a one trick pony..but that theory too has been punctured multiple times. The pakistani influence among the gulf monarchs has been degrading, at the same time, they haven't been able to bring the talibani leaders to the table and neither for consensus among them.

Majority in the Russian capital would call arming the pakistanis as a bad move.

So why Pakistan is wasting time, first we let go the F16s due floods/Earth Quakes, then we drop the idea of J10s, then again no F16. Fripens were refused, Rafales were refused. Eurofighters we cannot afford, JF 17 progress is good but cannot match Indian Air Force. Nobody is selling us and we do not have the money to buy. So the conventional imbalance brings the region of SE Asia close to the possibility of a conflict which can have far reaching disastrous effects.
Russia is using Pakistan to sell stuff to India.

I just clarified what Rostec is.

You may believe what you want to believe in

I personally believe that SU-35 are still on the table for Pakistan.

It's ain't done until Putin speaks.
