No nuclear doctrine on earth is 100%, fool proof, complete and secure. That doesn't prevent nuclear states including India and Pakistan from pursuing their individual nuclear doctrines.

So finally you agree that all these systems are just show pieces which have no practical value except for debates on internet and TV shows.

Intifada of 2000 when Arial Sharon stepped foot on Islams third holiest site Masjid Al Aqsa and the massacre of hebron. For the generation that was growing up or born 16 years ago witnessing The invasion of Iraq and of cors eve wry terrrosit incident blamed upon Muslims just increased Sense of division. Not forgetting special powers to arrest and detain suspects and parents, the abuse at Abu Gahriab, Bagram and Guantanamo. (caged prisoners). You should also study the timelines!

I'm talking about the rise of Islamophobia in the west. You're talking about something else.

Yes and no. Internet debates and tv shows, contribute to propaganda war, so they have a practical value to that extent.

That is a very shallow & disgusting method at targeting civilians. It only exposes your jealousy and disgust towards India's success. None the less I am glad you are not at the helm of the Park Army, otherwise, the context of Pakistan's survivability of nuclear fallout would have gone out through the roof a long time ago.

They don't have to target civilians in order to be effective, there are plenty of military targets there as well. Maybe this will be a good thing for India as South Indians will start taking an interest in Pakistan and Kashmir politics finally, right now they are living in a parallel universe.

Incorrect my friend, I am from the south (Tamil), we have a uniform, undiluted consensus about Kashmir and Pakistan. In summary, Kashmir is was and alway be an integral part of India, and we will defend it as a whole. I prefer to use the term we are Indian's first before we classify our geographical locations within India. For the people from the South, the matter of Kashmir and the nation's security is above any petty politic's

The Tamil people I have met here have been in general much more oblivious of Pakistan India issues compared to North. When all the drama was going on in Uri they were discussing river water issue and were surprised that something happened in Kashmir. They also tend to be more concerned about Sri Lanka politics.

Well India is much bigger nation. What is happening in Kashmir doesn't concern even north Indians let alone south indians. This isn't the case in Pakistan. Plus Kashmiri militants at most only attack Indian military in Kashmir.

If by what is happening in Kashmir you mean so called "Human Rights" for separatists like Geelani and stone pelters then you are correct that no one in India except some bleeding heart liberals are affected. If however you mean by funded trained and cross border terrorism then all are affected. Whether they attack military or civilians we are with them. Uri is a very recent example.

Tell you what. Let Pakistan stop "caring" for Kashmiris for 10 years and you will see peace and tranquility return to the whole region. See the history. Before 1989 when Pakistan was not "actively caring" for Kashmiris there was no problem in the valley. No major Army presence, no stone pelting, no AFSPA. Only after Pakistan dipped its toes that these things started

You just stop "caring" for Kashmiris. If you want stop diplomatic, trade and sports ties also. That is your wish. You will see a dramatic improvement in the life of the ordinary Kashmiri

Why would they want to live in a country where right wing parties linked to the Federal government are lynching people of their religion for eating beef, trying to construct a temple by attacking a mosque and trying to declare India as a Hindutva country.

What is so special about Muslims of Kashmir? Do you see muslims of other parts pelting stones, shooting AK 47 or blowing themselves up? Only those trained and backed by Pakistan are doing this

Serious question or trolling? Well, here we go:
1) it is the only Muslim majority state within India
2) It borders Pakistan and they identify ethnically and culturally more with Pakistanis than with most Indians
3) the whole history of how they were forced to be with India, Hari Singh's signature does not mean anything
4) lastly, they are backed by Pakistan of course which gives them the courage to fight

Given a choice, I'd say that most Muslims except extremely assimilated ones (which don't qualify as Muslim) would want a separate Muslim state as it is supported in their religion.

100 plus kashmiris protesters killed, 1000 injured and 500 blinded. The day Kashmiris turn in to TTP/ISIS and start to target civilian all over India then sure you will be affected. But right now average Indian doesn't care what is happening to Kashmiris.

lol at sport ties and trade. Its India being hypocritical here, they don't want to stop trade since it benefits them more, typical baniya mentality. But they will ban few token artists to make a point. Even MNS showed his baniya mentality and demanded 50 million if bollywood want cast Pakistani actors.

1) it is the only Muslim majority state within India

And there are other states where minority is majority.

2) It borders Pakistan and they identify ethnically and culturally more with Pakistanis than with most Indians

By that logic, we can claim whole of Pakistan.

3) the whole history of how they were forced to be with India, Hari Singh's signature does not mean anything

How ironic, that signature does not mean anything yet India will keep Kashmir forever because of that simple stroke of pen.

4) lastly, they are backed by Pakistan of course which gives them the courage to fight

They r most welcome to fight but then should be ready for the result. We told the same thing to "their source of courage" in 1971 who was even more inclined to fight.

Given a choice, I'd say that most Muslims except extremely assimilated ones (which don't qualify as Muslim) would want a separate Muslim state as it is supported in their religion.

Given a choice, I would like to declare my estate in Haryana as an independent country but that is not how the real world works.

You just trolled me hard didn't you, didn't reply to any of my points ;) Chal koi na, won't argue with a Haryanvi, I consider them my brothers specially the Jats.

This is silly, my family is from Gujranwala. We had relatives with the same last name who are Muslim and still living there. Of course Pak Punjabis have connections to Indian Punjabis.

Reality, is very little to 0 connection. Punjabis in india make up less than 3% of the indian population but over 60% of the Pakistani population. They are the ONLY ethnic group in india that has a very minimal link to Pakistani people. That too just being language. Nothing else. 97% of india has absolutely nothing in common with Pakistan whatsoever.
