Factually speaking it is true. Just too many British-Paks have been locked up over this crime. In fact I know somebody who has gone down for this sick crime. So let's not fudge this. This is a dispicable crime perpetrated by animals.
With that caveat out of the way let me give you the context. In Philipines adjacent to US Navy base there was widespread prostitution with many victime being underage. The perpetrators were almost always Americans and the victims Filipino girls. But you could not draw from this that the American's were selecting Filipino girls. It was the circumstances. Young American males, repressed sexually, relatively better off then the Filipino girls who came from very poor backgrounds. Vulnerabilty meets the right conditions created the sexual abuse of young girls.
With referance to Pakistani's if you look at the perpetrators most are working in the night time economy. Taxi drivers, fast food joints, 24 hour convenience stores. In many areas of Britain we have huge council estates which are dumping grounds for the underclass. Broken families, drunken parents or drug addicted problem families. Many of the girls are from care homes. They tend to be wild, promiscous and many with drinking/drug problems. These type gather around in the evenings around the high streets with those night time establishments aas mentioned earlier. This is where vulnersability converges with the demograhic that takes advantage of the situation. As most of the texi drivers and late night workers smoke weed that becomes a catalyst. The guys then start giving them weed and the girls start gravitating around these establishments. Next thing the entire taxi stand joins in. Then of course at some point the whole thing blowes up and you find 10 guys go down.
I am not trying to reduce the crime but explaining the sociological aetiology behind it.
