The reality is that Hajj has never been bigger, more secure and more easy for the average pilgrim than it has been under KSA protection and that will continue to be the case just like it was under the protection of my ancestors (Sharifs of Makkah and Madinah and rulers of Hijaz) and before that the Fatimids, Abbasids, Umayyads and Rahiduns. Before that my ancestor Prophet Ibrahim (as). Unfortunately none of the Ottoman "Caliphs" even made Hajj once despite all their corrupt wealth.
