As @The Eagle pointed out accurately it is the aerobatic demonstration team called 'Surya Kiran'.

The crash involved 02 BAE Hawk from the 52nd Squadron while they were practicing for the Aero India 2019, a couple of weeks back. Of the 04 Pilots, one died.
