Assalam alaikum

some ppl when it is convenient for them quote bukhari and when it is not they try to object on bukhari, bukhari can narrate ahadeeth which ends upto the Prophet pbuh while the others can't provide a sahih hadeeth from the Prophet pbuh and still talk about bukhari lol

May Allah make place in heaven for bukhari for his gr8 services to islam and may Allah curse the munafeqeen

in Islam punishment is death not Fine if Quran or Hazrat MUHAMMAD SAW or any other PROPHET PBUH is insulted

---------- Post added at 08:51 AM ---------- Previous post was at 08:50 AM ----------

UAE Puppet government will never punish a man from British it needs guts they don't have it

Could you please quote me the appropriate verse in the holy Quran where the punishment for insulting the holy Quran or the holy Prophet (PBUH) is death?

As far as collection of the 'Hadith' is concerned, possibility of a misquotation cannot be ruled out. Hadith can be weak and need asnaad for authentification. A Hadith mentioned in one book may not be inculded in another. Holy Quran is the only book where every word is authenticated
I am an ignorant man but only verse that I could find dealing with this is Surah Al Maida5:33. The translation is:

“The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger, and strive with might for mischief through the land is: execution, or crucifixion, or the cutting off of hands and feet from opposite sides, or exile from the land: that is their disgrace in this world, and a heavy punishment is theirs in the Hereafter;”

It is generally accepted that by this it implied that maximum penalty punishment for those who disturbed the peace (Fitna) is death. But that is the maximum penalty, same verse also states that punishment could be a mild as exile from the land. Why must you insist on the extreme penalty?

Additionally to come out on the streets that any person who even who campaigned against the Blasphemy laws such as Salman Taseer can be shot without trial is not only carrying interpretation of this verse to the extreme but also negates that spirit of Islam which is the religion “Peace” not of death, or did you not know that this is the literal meaning of the word ‘Islam’.

Thinking that mullahs in Pakistan know more about Islam than judges of the Dubai Court is highly presumptuous to say the least? You are not the only Muslim. Holy Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) is my prophet too and also the Prophet of people of the UAE and of countless other Muslims.

Regret to say that naïve Pakistanis have contributed a lot to give Islam a bad name thru an extreme and sometime twisted interpretation of the holy Quran.

So those Muslims who stayed behind in Makkah after the Hijra, did they wage Jihad with the Meccans once Jihad was made Farz as you say ?
