My point, Xtremeownage, is that eventually you reach a point where scholars differ on interpretation. Such disputes may be in good faith, but I don't see that Pakistan's blasphemy laws recognize this as an excuse, for in them blasphemy is in the eyes of the person offended, not the person offending. Don't you think that is a recipe for unjust persecution and, eventually, violent conflict between different groups?

To some extent you may be right but a conflict will only take place if any entity tries to enforce its interpretation by force.
Blasphemy laws exist but only through evolution and time you can get rid of them. Pakistani society has suffered enormously from the retard Mullah ideology and many now support the repeal of blasphemy laws in order to promote nationalism and patriotism. Though hurdels are there but slowly due to Media people are now getting awareness. Regarding this guy, he was stupidly arguing with no sense at all .. ! You cant defend something stupid and insane under the victimization of blasphemy laws.

What a cute, stammering, unsure-of-himself Mahdii-claimant! I want to build him a kennel, and him to mumble in excited fits like that when I feed or pet him:)

I did not see the video, I don't think you should too.

This thread keeps leading to other debates.
