Kargil martyr Saurabh Kalia's torture: Violations by Pakistan unacceptable

Its funny how a country which kills cricket fans talks about violations

More over, it doesn't suit talking on morals when they were making profit on blood money....Kargil coffin corruption was one hell of a way in honouring the dead soldiers.

Your serious? The father should be proud his son had the most horrible treatment inflicted on him before he was killed?? You are truly beyond reproach if you honestly believe this.

a soldier can die in many ways- some can survive the torture like our Maqbool did- some just die- you talking about pain and suffering- the horrible sufferings- imagine Maqbool been subjected such brutal torture day and night for twenty plus years- and disabled mentaly insane you send him back- fcuk your one sided moral ethics indian-

So if someone mistreated Pakistani soldier than you take revenge by mistreating , torturing Indian soldiers ? The father is proud of his son and he understand every bit of war but his objection is mistreatment of POW. Don't tell what his father should have known.

He is a father and he wants justice for his son who was tortured to death. What's wrong with it ? Isn't it right of any family to get justice for their brace deceased soldiers ?

How can you justify one cruel act by another ? Should we allow these type of acts done by our own soldiers ?

Jews get slaughtered in WW2 and now if they are aggressive in their survival then why do you object it ? Hope you tell every one on this thread who speak against Israel.

Its war and sh!t happens. :coffee:

Its funny how killer of a judge is showered by flowers by lawyers even when judge stood up against wrong case of blasphemy. We are expecting right thing from wrong people. End of the story.
basically you saying the same things over and over again-
its not revenge its how things happen in subcontinent- get over it and move one- like i said sh!t happens-

seriously a father still greiving over his sons death in a war- what was he expecting- he will be shooting bullets and we will shower flowers- you guys set new precedents always-

thousand soldies dies in combat- the news is given to their families and they feel proud- this father still whines-

Why did you ask for apology from US over Salala ?

Its war and sh!t happens.

They were not targeted intentionally but was misunderstanding so why this drama of closing the supply lines ?

WOT is still going on in Afghanistan and people like from TTP, who are against Pakistan because of its role in WOT, beheads Pakistani soldiers then don't cry foul or humanity issues over it.

All I am hearing are lame excuses and hypocrisy.

Maybe the best thing to honor a dead soldier is not to reclaim his body & not even giving him a proper burial in a country where he was born & for which he died.

We all know that all the problems be it with china or pakistan all of them are because of sissy politicians.

A country of lions leaded by the donkeys

War time peace time- big difference- and i dont think you are stupid enough to relate these two incidents- speak out of emotions and become a fool-

Lodge cases of LOC killings aswell- include every other incident where a soldier dies- just to prove you are right- the indian way-

And you are trolling now-

Because our armed forces are professionals. They are not motivated by hatred, but by calling.

sure that's true but how the hell our leaders did not raise the issue in international arena ? why we left his parents alone in this ? maybe because we didn't think pak could be anymore humiliated , but still !

Or may be transport them in a garbage truck for that burial. !!

Exactly, This is India, a transparent Democracy, so people protested, media showed it on air, thus govt. was forced to take action over it. Was there a news or protests when 1000+ PA soldiers were left to die on enemy territory???

At least they were brought home, given a burial and a certificate of acknowledgement and gratitude by the military and the country, whether the transportation was on trucks or donkeys. It is still better than being disowned by your government, and even by the people, as witnessed on this very thread. I think it is the ultimate insult to a soldier when their people are too ashamed to even acknowledge their existence. When you are described as a non-state-actor or mujahideen, and when the govt even refuses to acknowledge that you fought a war, and India had to give them a burial because their people were too ashamed to accept their dead body - I'm sure they would have been wishing they at least faught for India, so that they would have been driven to a funeral and given a burial or funeral. Not to mention he would have also have ended up on the winning side, and not the losing side that doesn't even admit it faught.

Oh and by the way, did you watch the video you posted? It is about policemen, not soldiers. Even our policemen killed in action get better treatment than your armymen. I don't want to speculate on what happens to your policemen.

The armymen who died for India were brought home wrapped in the tricolor, and gently placed in fields of honor, with bugles and trumpets and gun salutes. The Pakistani armymen and NLImen were passed of as rogue mujahideens by the pakistani army and govt, and they were given a decent burial by the professionals of the Indian army, sponsored by the generosity of the Indian taxpaying public.

Do you really want to go about comparing how we treat our soldiers?

Exactly. India should don't even try to do anything. It will always end up in another Kargil in future.

I just hope India becomes indifferent regarding Pakistan and stop thinking about what and how Pakistan will react. Expecting from a nation who can't even get rid of terrorists working against themselves, to get rid of terrorists against India and violation of Geneva conventions even after what we have seen in past, Indians are still foolish enough to expect some change.

What did we get after providing proofs against 26/11, dossiers after dossiers, nothing, zero, nada. Why Indians think they will get some justice regarding this issue.

As someone said, Sh!t happens in war, let it be.

IMO Indian government does not have any proof, it is only a media stunt; otherwise they will not hesitate to raise such cases.

If there is something, such atrocities happened on both sides of the borders. Remember, Sipahi Maqbool Hussain, India kept him in jail without sharing any info since 1965 and even his tongue was dismembered; but still insisting to be angels, what a height of innocence..!

Indian terrorist and murderer Sarbijit Singh is also claimed to be as an innocent; I don't know what Indian want to prove with such attitude.

Since long Samjhota express tragedy not solved by India than how swift solution of 26/11 is expected, the case is in court and will take its due course and time; though in both tragedies innocent citizen lives were suffered.
The loved ones lost by Indian families in 26/11 were greater than the Pakistani families in Samjhota express; though it does not warrants that the Indian's life is more precious than Pakistani's life.

[4:107] Do not argue on behalf of those who have wronged their own souls; GOD does not love any betrayer, guilty.
[4:108] They hide from the people, and do not care to hide from GOD, though He is with them as they harbor ideas He dislikes. GOD is fully aware of everything they do.

[60:8] GOD does not enjoin you from befriending those who do not fight you because of religion, and do not evict you from your homes. You may befriend them and be equitable towards them. GOD loves the equitable.

[60:9] GOD enjoins you only from befriending those who fight you because of religion, evict you from your homes, and band together with others to banish you. You shall not befriend them. Those who befriend them are the transgressors.
