It's Official: Kaveri Will Power India's UCAV

looks very similar to the b-2 bomber don't u think???
Stealth-airplane-b2-bomber.jpg

Well, any flying-wing concept would resemble the same. Case in point, the B-2's aerodynamic
shaping is stolen from a German aircraft of world war-2 called Horten Brother's Ho IX V2,
(Ho-229), better known as "Hitler's stealth fighter"

Which means kaveri will eventually end up powering some dishwashers..Since how many years this has been under development now..perhaps the world more longest under development..wow..it has to be a supah perfect..and supah powerrrrrrrrrrrr!! YAAAAAAAAAAH!

kavery engine: 52Kn dry thrust 81Kn with afterburner.
RD33 : 49-51 kn dry 82-84KN afterburner.

see the specs be4 opening mouth.

You're right, dude. So this means that JF-17 uses an engine that was intended for dishwashers!!!
:rofl::rofl:

UCAV doesn't stand for "Utensil Cleaner And Vessels"

UCAV stands for "Unmanned Combat Air Vehicle"

UCAV are a tall order for a country struggling with its FIRST 4th generation fighter for 25 years.

I HATE saying this but its true we need to better on LCA programme ESP MK2

To tell the truth, UAVs/UCAVs are far easier to build than manned fighters, you only need to have
the required software and tech at hand, we're good at software and other electronics/avionics, and
also have the required infrastructure here, and are developing it further...so why not build a
UCAV?? After all the future belongs to unmanned aircraft, we need to do whatever we can
to prepare for that rightaway.

LCA MK2? Well, that would fly within 2015, it'll have everything needed to call it a leading fighter,
AESA radar, IRST pods, new engine, Mid-flight refuelling, and possible CFTs.

Do try to realise the fact that whatever indigenous stuff we are "building", we are doing so by overselves,
not like get someone else to design/build/produce the entire plane, but in the end come and put
our mark on it, if we are taking help/working with someone, we dont mind clearly stating
it as a "JV", unlike a few adversaries of ours'...who steal designs/tech from others, get extensive
help from others, but in the end shamelessly claim "WE built it".
