Is Doabi (Punjabi Dialect) Spoken mostly in pakistan?

Majority of bist doab was muslim before partition and my friend told me faisalbadi dialect is doabi because of the muslim refugees that moved there.

Doabi dialect is spoken by the refugees that came from Doaba/Eastern Punjab in 1947, a large number of those whom settled in Faisalabad/Lyallpur. What is your question though?

Is it mostly spoken in pakistans punjab or indias punjab?
 
Majority of the bist doab region was muslim.

From Bist Doab only Jullundur District was Muslim majority. Firozpur as well but it is in Majha.
