Germany is a client state of USA.....

No country that respects itself allows deployment of foreign military bases on its soil and Germany allows deployment of US troops on its territory for protection.

Countries in a Rank of a Client State can have the right to build cars, but they don't have the right to be truly independent or develop hypersonic missiles or nuclear weapons.

I can see the front wings and the back wings what are same as last development as F-313 and i can see no canopy. So it is F-313 UAV, maybe even UCAV.

I remember a vid from 2012 or so with a 1:10 model F313 remotly flying. So the remote part is already exercised

Agreed. Revell Germany can make a good 1/48 Karrar UCAV.

Let´s remember what was the last time Germany tried to do a HALE UAV;

It's not so much that Germany or Japan allow American bases so much as America won't leave after all it went through with those 2.
