Brazil is a huge land, they actually need long range, double engine fighters like f15-su27 indeed , but they have no enemy around the country that is why they are relax.
F5 is 60+ years old lady needs to be settled down in a museum. 20 years ago turkish air force modernised some f5 to use as a trainer and then retired all of them suddenly because they dont worth to operate.

China proposed Iran only with the A variant of the J-10, which is obsolete by today's norms, and never proposed J-10 C variants which is not obsolete

This would be the same thing for any of their jets and JF-17 Block III

China or Pakistan risks getting sanctioned for selling batches of fighters to Iran, so the question is quickly answered for them, specially for Pakistan economically wise, this is the worst time on history to get sanctioned by the US
