Temporary marriages are in Sunni Islam as well. No where in Quran prohibits matam. Though I can understand Sunni world not understanding the concept. I mean you really need to feel the pain of karabala to do matam or cry. It comes automatically we don't force ourself to cry. Allah has permitted intimacy with a slave woman if the man owns her. This is not regarded as adultery . Allah says, describing the believers (interpretation of the meaning):

What is meant by “those whom their right hands possess” is slave women or concubines.

Moreover , this does not end here . They get all the rights as your wife has. Their children get due share from inheritance , their expenses become your duty .

Well you can argue with some Sunni person, what I know that In Islam there is no concept of Temp Marriages . There is no insult , unethical practices are meant to be banned such as these , and for whatever this Misyar is , As long as its not in Quran or Hadith I don't care .

Islam want to end Slavery but Islam use gradual step to eliminate it. Ending slavery is a difficult one and it is proved by the fact that slavery is still exist even after more than 1000 years Islam existed. I think you know when America end its slavery, right ? Even in New Testament there is no prohibition to slavery either and in Torah there is a verse who regulate slavery.

Not only Quran who says that we can have sex with our woman slave but also in Bible. And according to me that verse who said Muslim man can have sex with his female slave have been reverted with another verses that say (according to my own tafsir) even with your own slave you still need to marry her to have sex with her.

Do not marry the polytheist women, unless they come to believe (in Islam); a Muslim slave-girl is better than a polytheist woman, even though she may attract you; and do not give (your women) in marriage to polytheist men, unless they come to believe; a Muslim slave is better than a polytheist, even though he may attract you. They invite to the Fire when Allah invites, by His will, to Paradise, and to forgiveness. He makes His verses clear to the people, so that they may heed the advice.

And if you fear that you will not deal justly with the orphan girls, then marry those that please you of [other] women, two or three or four. But if you fear that you will not be just, then [marry only] one or those your right hand possesses (your slave). That is more suitable that you may not incline [to injustice].

And whoever among you cannot [find] the means to marry free, believing women, then [he may marry] from those whom your right hands possess of believing slave girls. And Allah is most knowing about your faith. You [believers] are of one another. So marry them with the permission of their people and give them their due compensation according to what is acceptable. [They should be] chaste, neither [of] those who commit unlawful intercourse randomly nor those who take [secret] lovers. But once they are sheltered in marriage, if they should commit adultery, then for them is half the punishment for free [unmarried] women. This [allowance] is for him among you who fears sin, but to be patient is better for you. And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.

The bold red one has been changed by Western Christian, it should be said "If his Master take another woman, he shall not diminish her food, her clothing, and sexual intercourse with her.

This Indonesian version that I want to show you still use older Bible version which is still more honest and use his master (his owner) instead of he, perempuan lain (another woman) instead of wife, and persetubuhan (sexual intercourse) instead of marital right.
