Iran tells Middle East militias: prepare for proxy war

I will and can not make anything sure, I'm not even his the bacteria beneath his nail. I'm sure he wants good ties with non-enemy neighbours such as Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria.

pakistan is not pleased with him. that normally means its alladeen news

he is the prime reason of Pakistanis hating iran. we will be happy when usa eliminate him or bomb quds forces.

who appoints him btw

I don't know, he was in many fronts and wars. Celebrities sing and dance. He brought honour to the region.

Don't you think Iraq isn't in the state for this right now?

Also those militia's, which ever one of them decides to go ahead with the stupid idea of attacking an airbase which has US troops. It's the most difficult target given the surrounding area is desert, they'll just die through air attacks because Soleimani wants to once again take the battle to Iraq instead of attacking the US directly.

Nothing against my Iraqi bros, but they would fair off worse than the Taliban. Those militias that cooperate with Iran are not battle hardened(against the US or any state military) and I don't believe they are well disciplined/trained. Their role is limited to threatening Iraqi state and assuring Iranian interests in Iraq.

They're battle hardened in Syria and against IS which is a tough enemy. But the point being there will not be any urban warfare, the only targets in Iraq which has Americans are in some major airbases which are difficult isolated sites surrounded by empty desert with nowhere to seek cover. IS tried to attack several times resulting in only failure, if they decide to do it it's a waste of human life because the chance of success is nowhere to be found.

Taliban's battle is different, but they also wouldn't take it in their mind to amass forces and attack an airbase

Yeah , that's what I mean, they have anti-insurgent experience but that won't help in a skirmish with the US military. I also didn't get the impression from some of those militias that they seek conflict with the US. They more play a role in assisting Syrian government and give their sympathies to the Houthi's.

Well... Iraq... Seems you got the Sunnis fanatics... now it's the Shias ones...
Wonder who's next...

But as always... Iran regime is Good... and even got a "Cowardly Brave" General at the head of a Darkish boys band...

What sort of interest does Iran have in Iraq? Iraqis even haven't payed for Iran-Iraq war reparations while they've payed to Kuwait.
Our only interest was/is security of Iraq.

The problem is, as this mostly applies to Iraq. That the largest and most PMU groups will follow Baghdad's orders, a few smaller groups will answer Soleimani's requests and this will cause clashes between the gov allied troops and those that answer to the IRGC. It's unlikely to reach the Americans in Iraq

Hezbollah Nujaba is not part of the PMU and will answer to the IRGC, same for saraya al khorsani.

The rest pretty much abides by Baghdad's foreign policy
You think very black and white.. when there is war.. emotions will play a role, fatwa's will be given etc, some with doubts will say ok lets support our brothers. As it should be, if there is any attack against Iraq tomorrow, i don't mind financial, weapons, volunteers support.
