Introduction of new TTA members

I remember... the fragrance... the aroma... and the tender meat... Secret to Pulao is yahni...

Anyhow, since @PakSword and @Signalian have been promoted ...and well earned at that.... both need to offer us couple of rounds of PakDishes of our choice... sans AlloGosht which must be banned now forever!
You don't like Aalu Gosht? It is one of my favorites.

The proper way of eating Aalu Gosht ka patla wala salan is by putting soaking roti pieces in salan and eating those pieces.

Honestly, I did not even know what Biriani was until I was in my 30s. Pilau [meat, onions, almonds, raisins, with yougurt was a Eid or wedding standard. Now it appears to be rage on PDF at any rate.

I will. I guess I need to try it and then be in a position to judge it. How differant is it from pilau?
Well pulao is much better.. especially when my mother used to make it. Pulao jaisi dish nahi hai koi.

Biryani is entirely different. Pulao is cooked in yakhni, Biryani is made with Qorma. Both are entirely different dishes. My favorite is pulao.

I did the same ... with rotti... but since the time supremeleadernoora has talked about it.. undermining the Idea of Pakistan ... I shall have it banned from Pakistan!

Misbah banned burgers, nihari, kunnay paey as well. I like all of them..
I confess I like Paya and burgers. Nihari? Never had it and even the name sounds gross. I think it's okay to have such foods but in moderation. Not every day.

Urdu is used as medium of communication in my household does that also make me part of urdu speaking community?
@fitpOsitive maloq?
Pakistan is a urdu speaking country. I don't know why not? We are Rajputs of East Punjab, we speak urdu, though urdu is not our mother tongue. We let our original language go, and Pakistan, is what we speak now.
And yes, you are already urdu speaker, if you are a Pakistani. :-)
Jo khud ko muhajir kehtay hain, woh Pakistan chorh dain, kion keh Pakistan aagaey tu yei ab yei shanakht hai.

.
Try nihari at least once in your life. You will not regret.

:lol::lol:

Please, don't forget haleem... in Anarkali @RIWWIR or Peshawari qawa in Peshawar with gurr..

Alright... people stop talking about PakFood... brings back memories... cruel buggers... teasing us deadhorses living abroad...

Or I shall release PDF Kraken @Retired Troll from his human bonds...

Why Urdu speakers call themselves Urdu speakers because most of them has Urdu as a mother tongue. Nothing else.

I don't know any language other than Urdu, although I like to learn Punjabi to understand juggat bazi. Almost everyday I watch a YouTube video of Punjabi jugtain.. now I have started understanding it a little bit.
