I dont think there is any Prototype for this Jet, But your video, it looks to be a Hawk jet trainer

This Aircraft was proposed by HAL in 2005 , Its called AJT-39/Combat AirTrainer.

BAE Hawk's ... IAF had not shown interest in this project, But in 2010 IAF has asked HAL to re-submit CAT Proposal for the study.... After that no news on it...
