funny thing about the bumbling indian idiots here is that they have zero clue about the split within the Ahmediyya/Qaddiani sect

Nobody in India gives a damn whether there is a split, what their differences are or what they believe in! The point being made here is related only to how & whether it (granting asylum/citizenship) is reflective of the secular ethos of the Indian constitution & whether or not other minorities claiming persecution would be accorded similar treatment. The religious practices of the individuals is hardly the concern here.

The key that you need to know is that no matter who gets elected, they have to work with a secular constitution. Regardless of the nature of an individual's/party's inclination, the constitution sets the broad parameters for conduct of policy and the Judiciary are tasked with enforcing it if there is any discrepancy.
