Has anyone else also noticed India's weapon buying/acquisition psychology showing as media frenzy whenever any conflict occurs ?

I think it's due to the innate slave mentality Indians have. Leadership is not a natural trait of Indians and they are a race of sheep, who only react when a problem arises, and never have a real plan for anything. All headless chickens!
