India to spend Rs 30 billion on Afghan development under Indian Army

RAWALPINDI: India will spend Rs3 billion on the development and welfare of Afghanistan, decides a meeting held at the Prime Minister office in New Delhi on Wednesday. All this development work will be done under the supervision of Indian army.
The meeting also decided that Rs1.5b additional would be spent on the training and progress of the Afghan army.
Moreover $9b will be spent on the construction of military posts at 24 places.
It was also decided that the Indian government in cooperation with the US would spend $21b on Afghan trade.
