There is no proof that India has developed 100MW+ miniature nuclear reactors normally needed for power packed SSNs.

India hasn't developed a 100+ mw miniaturised reactor yet but Its developing one for sure for SSN project. There are plans to develop a 125 mw reactor and another 190 mw reactor in long run.

Just Nuclear Material (and also used for ore of fissile material) and this term only used by IAEA, not by science community.
