Seriously, when a country decides to use nuclear arsenal, it is not going to use ONE missile for F*ck sake - it will do a preemptive strike of dozens and dozens missiles. Rest when country is at war like situation, no matter how bad it could go, leader has to come up with sentiments that goes with public mood. Everyone knows nuclear is not an option, but to keep morale high, the same tune of nuclear would played around and if someone doesnt sing the same, public will not accept him. So no matter how good relations you have, if you cannot go with public expectations, no one is gonna open up gates.

Having said that, chances of india firing up nukes first are much higher than pakistan.

Well its called being preemptive, you dont wait for snake to bite you first, you hit first to safeguard yourself. For snake its last option of attack and thats known so pre emptive strike makes sense to safeguard oneself.
And this premptive strike will be massive ensuring that there is minimal return fireback capacity left out.

Have you even read his full statement?
He said "Talks of Nuclear War between the two nations is rubbish, You cannot attack one nuclear Missile at India as India Will destroy you with 20. You have to Destroy India With 40 Nukes at first Strike. Are you ready to do such a strike? (the Destruction Death Nuclear Fallout and Consequences of such attack) Don't talk like this, it is not that simple. Their is always a military strategy to Situation like this"
The Title of OP is just a Feel good for Indians they have the typical habbit of Hotching Pothing Peaces of news like this.

I doubt he said that because It was Pervaiz Musharraf who use to rubbish Indian chest thumping by saying we are a nuclear power. Secondly this does not make sense considering why would Pakistan attack with one bomb? We have over 100 with us and entire India in range, and Third India does not need 20 to finish us, 5 would finish Pakistan.
