BGM-71C Anti-tank missile 2,030 Delivered between 1987 - 1990.
TOW-2A Anti-tank missile 4,790 Delivered between 2006 - 2008 and 2008 - 2011.
TOW-2RF Anti-tank missile 422 Delivered between 2008 - 2011.

total 8247 TOW missiles were delivered to pakistan

This excludes all the Pakistani indigenous anti-Tank missiles and ones bought from other countries including, China , Turkey , Ukraine etc

Reducing the number of major arms suppliers to Pakistan is a major policy goal for India. One of those successes is the denial of the last batch of F-16s. We will deem it a success if Pakistan ends up with only China as the only major supplier.

From the Indian military's PoV as well, it reduces the number of weapons that is needed to prepare for and counter. Not equipping the Pakistani LAT/HAT teams with western weapons will also be a major boost to India's warfighting capability.
