What's new

Imran Khan house surrounded by police

Whats the prediction, nawaz stays or goes ? or will this be another failed Dharna ?

PMLN fell for the PTI bait in my opnion, PMLN had the moral high ground considering Islamabad lock down is illegal, and any financial loss or riots would have been blamed on PTI. By attacking PTI protesters and locking down their own streets, it has lost the moral advantage and the blame will go to PMLN. Nawaz is stupid...

Agreed

Government doing everything to make this rally extremely successful. PTI was successful today that with such token force they largely closed down the main cities especially Lahore. But in the end off course, Sheikh Rasheed stole the show.

Extremely disappointed with the leadership of PTI. While PTI workers were getting beat up, all the leadership was hiding in Bani Gala.

What is so great about closing down cities forcefully? Didn't we all used to hate MQM for doing exactly that? koi sharam hoti hai koi haya hoti hai

Either way, Nov 2nd will most likely will not be a peaceful day.Its obvious workers from opposition factions will clash, probably PMLN trying to turn the peaceful protest/lockdown into a violent one trying to blame PTI for it, he may also ask the Army to restore order putting the blame of quashing the PTI lock down on Army...

They want tension to rise and army to intervene but they dont want any blame for army intervention
The army is no mood for intervention but it doesnot want to be pressed between street protests
It wants to remain apolitical but PMLN media cell is giving impression that every event that happens in Pakistan or even by Pakistanis abroad against their party is by army hell their ministers had issues with players paying tribute to army by pushups :-//

And what is so great about corruption? Looting the country's wealth and taking it abroad and flouting that wealth. When the opposition party asks for accountability, you start a crack down on them. Billions of dollars stolen and taken abroad, is that Halal? Koi sharam hoti hai, koi haya hoti hai, koi ghairat hoti hai. One can choose to accept to be a slave of Nawaz Sharif and Bhutto's, but i say fu** them and fu** their corruption. Give us our money back.

I do not understand, why our Army, Bureaucracy have allow these governing political party to distrub the entire country by imposing own thoughts on 18 coror & above peoples.

When A political party have using its right to protest regarding unbearable corruption, revealed at international level. Why have they use stick on peaceful peoples, its mean they want for unrest in country.

Obviously political party is always have strong mechanism. If they use force its mean they are doing dictatorship job. When ever in Pakistan such awareness took place, India become aggressive at border, terrorist attack are start. Therewithal they have using their network.

When ever any government have torture a peaceful communities they shell react aggressive & incident like Model Town took place.

Time is a big stake for Army when some idiot try to use every authority for own purpose. Rid out or leave big terrorist free.

That's a loose loose for the Government. If the protest turns violent the Government looses big. And if the Army comes in, most likely Nawaz Sharif is going to jail than.

@notorious_eagle

If Things go so bad on Nov 2nd, Army may not have a choice but to intervene to restore order. Its not going to be pretty if supposedly "lakhs" turn up for lock down and fears of Riots and violence come up. If Riots happen in a PTI planned lockdown, even after todays incidents PMLN still can divert some blame to PTI and if Army intervenes and acts against Nawaz, Nawaz will become a martyr if it acts against PTI then Nawaz and his media will try to create an impression that Army is with Nawaz. But i have doubts if Nawaz actually have the galls to face Jail term for political benefits.

This is Nawaz's Jantar Mantar moment, just like we had or own Anti corruption movement back in 2011-12.... Congies failed miserably because of their political highhandedness and elitism, lets see what happens to Nawaz.

Apart from Imran Khan himself rest of PTI is as corrupt as any other politician in Pakistan. He know this as well and that's why he demand first ehtesab of Ganja and then others. Why not all of them at the same time?

.
So how many cities were Lockdown today??

few people came out in Lahore
Ijaz Chaudhary Reached Gujranwala with 100 People
Few 00's reached Governor House in Karachi..

He said start the accountability from himself and Nawaz Sharif, and than work your way down. What's wrong with that? The Supreme Court Judicial Committee simply does not has the resources to hold everyone accountable at the same time. It will take them years. Besides that, why haven't FIA, NAB or other Agencies come into action. We pay billions of rupees for their maintenance.

.
No Street power visible from PTI; In this high stakes game by IK, he actually took himself to a suicide.....nothing else.
Ch. Nisar's last night pre-emptive strike on Youthias is a classic....he single handedly calls IK/PTI bluff completely.

Nothing wrong with that but we all know he is hiding corrupt lotas of PTI by putting himself at front. Anyway in worst case scenario Ganja will accept PTI demands of ehtesab and may resign but government will continue till 2018.
