IAF backs down on Indo-UK exercise 'claims'

And it wasn't disclosed, all the pilot said was "results are unquantifiable". The 12-0 is an anonymous source of the person who wrote the article...

They did,

Such exercises are conducted under controlled conditions with mutually agreed weapons performance parameters, with the basic aim of learning from each other’s best practices. Additional advantages that accrue are greater understanding of each other’s general operational philosophy and exposure to a different operating environment. In combat exercises, definite objectives are laid down for each component participating. After the exercise, during debrief, a detailed analysis is carried out to assess the extent of achievement of laid down objectives. There are no classic wins and losses as no weapons are fired as per their actual capability.

Well, they can say what ever they want, fact is even if they lost they would never accept it publically.. We are talking about Brits here

Sure .. They lost right? And yet the issued a rebuttal .. Trashing iaf? And bis indian airfirce is back tracking from its claims? And hence the thread.

IAF pilots never said anything of that sort, IF they did not correct, what is this thread about ?

Or maybe they didn't hence the incessant whining..
whatever makes you happy man.

That's why indians are being laughed at. First they remain silent, but once somebody correct them, they act like kids and deny everything. That's what happened with IAF. IAF remained silent and acted like whatever shyte your media is peddling by quoting the pilot and presenting fable stories as fact and reality. But once British showed you how to act professional. Indians became apologetic.

After MMRCA disaster, wasting everybody time, now this, if you keep up with this attitude of making mountains out of mole hill, you will quickly become butt jokes in professional community.

So that's the best comeback you can do without answering the questions raised in my post ? Europeans are laughing at you, it's better to debate with them on their forums instead of doing face saving here.

Not a single question answered for my query. If you stop being autistic and rather read my question more carefully, you will understand what I'm trying to ask.

lol...stop the drama , i gave you a direct Quote from the IAF, you got butthurt because you decided to hit the reply button after seeing the thread Title

Yup, I'm inviting you to disprove me.

No one has bragged in the IAF.

Not in anyway.

You are welcome,.....

Last month, Sukhoi Su30 MKI fighters from 2 Squadron of the Indian Air Force participated, along with Typhoon FGR4 jets of the Royal Air Force, in Exercise Indradhanush 2015. The 10-day exercise, held at the RAF base of Coningsby, has created a controversy over the results claimed by the IAF. In an interview to NDTV, the IAF Commander for the exercise, Group Captain Ashu Srivastav, said the performance of his pilots was “exceptional”. He also claimed his contingent scored a 12-0 victory against the RAF fighters in a series of aerial dogfight scenarios. This included one in which an Su-30 engaged two Typhoons, and the IAF fighter emerged winner, ‘shooting down’ both ‘enemy’ jets.

One small point to end: If Exercise Indradhanush indeed shows that the Sukhoi Su-30 MKI is superior to the Typhoon, which finished at the top during technical evaluation of the MMRCA ahead of the second-placed Rafale, why is India buying 36 Rafale fighters? Why not get more Sukhois instead, and save the money and the hassle? Something for the IAF and the Defence Ministry to ponder over! -

Denial and douchebaggery .. That pretty much sums up your post..

The only way for IAF to save its head stuck in mud (by crashing newer generation planes) is to pathologically lie which they are very good at.

So you didn;t reply to my original question why IAF response only came after British rebuttal but not before that? I think I've been debating with a dimwit who belongs to 90 percent of idiots as per Kaitju.
