Go see a skin specialist rather than trying on your own. Does accutane contains Isotretonin ? If yes, then keep taking it. Also ask your doc for topical treatment to avoid scars. Don't touch it.
I strongly recommend going to best skin specialist in town.

Yeah I just went to a skin specialist today and got accutane 40mg. I am ashamed to ask my frnds so I am using forum where I spend most of my day. If I start tonight I wont stop for sure until it competes the program. yes it does have isotretonin.
I don't have scarring acne. I only have it on forehead. I just wanna know it someone other guy took it and what side effects it had and how bad were they.
I did it just destroyed the forehead. Red and burnt. Soo low on confidence since last 6 months. My life sucks.

Thank you sooooooooooooo much. You are giving me hoonsla
Kk I am gonaa pop one tonight. Just asking any hairloss or sexual side effects. I can surely handle redness and itchness.
don't worry about side effects. u will have extremely dry skin the entire time you are on it. the worst is the lips, face and hand. which u can easy counter with excessive moisturizing. other than that you might feel a bit exhausted. different people have different side effects. the internet really scares you when it comes to medication like this. but for me it was all very postive.

40 mg is too high. I started at 20 mg and mine was of worst kind. Now I rarely take 10 mg. It affects liver but I didn't see any side effect. These medicines can cause depression too. May be your doc will reduce the dosage as time goes by.Yeah I just went to a skin specialist today and got accutane 40mg. you did not use it properly. you have to use a very tiny amount a (pea size or 2) for your entire forehead. use it on dry clean skin. use it only one time a week. and when you go out put sunblock on that area. don't rub that area when you shower or wash your face. just put soap and rinse if need to clean your face.
when used properly it will dry out your skin and make it peel, clearing up your pores and pimples. your pimples will dry, shrivel up and disappear.
there is nothing more efffective on the market for pimples than Retin-A. but it must be used properly.

The side effects mentioned are written on leaflet but I never had any problem with it. If you are feel these side effects, which don't usually happen, your doc can easily change it. Also ask your doc, what type of acne you have.
But its the best drug in market for acne. I really never cared of side effects. All skin related drugs have side effects so its easy for you to decide. But this drug is worth it because Acne causes too many problems. Those problems are way much worse than these side effects (which I never had).
This low confidence and people's eyes on your face and their pity and stupid words are much worse than any side effects. Don't stop this medication. You are lucky you started early.
