What's new

How many days a week you eat meat?

.
Everyday twice a day , Chicken is made everyday , mutton as a side dish thrice a week and Beef and fish over the weekends.

. . . . . .
That looks delicious. Is that eaten with bread or rice ?

Also, do Indonesian Muslims eat rice with hand or spoon ?

Yup, really delicious. It is eaten with rice.

Most Indonesian prefer eating with bare hand but for specific food like beef soup, we eat it with spoon. Food that contain water are eaten with spoon.

.
So does that mean if something has life but can't move at will we should consume it?

Ideally yes. I mean it just ruins the mood if your food moves and bites back.

On a serious note though, I personally hate those Chinese & Japanese cuisines where they eat live sea food or even cook it alive. Just pisses me off.

What do you eat rice with generally? Do you have things like curries as we indians do..like chicken curry, mutton curry, tomato curry potato curry etc.

Mutton as a side dish? What is your main course? Dinosaur karahi?
The main dish is always chicken in some sort of a gravy , my family loves chicken , only my youngest and i eat mutton , Usually made as a fry.

.
chicken every day.. one way or another.. curry/shawarma/burger.. But i don't eat large portion.. even I don't finish my whole shawarma... I prefer green vegis.. Lentils too.. my mom makes the best... fish 2-3 times a year. same goes for beef... but mutton, may be 10 times a month..

To each their own sir. But here we consider it a blasphemy if you make mutton a second class citizen of the dinner table. I mean the looks you get.

I dont know how much a kg of mutton costs in pak but here in india it is very expensive...in telangana it is around 650 rs per kg(around 9 USD)...many families cant afford to eat it even once a month. Even the richest of the families eat it 4 or 5 times a month.

The op is motivated by religious bigotry so, this manifestatio of liberally enlightened sympathy for living beings is nothing short of an excuse, which in all probability will mess up the ecological balance
