What do you eat rice with generally? Do you have things like curries as we indians do..like chicken curry,mutton curry,tomato curry potato curry etc.Yup, really delicious. It is eaten with rice.
Most Indonesian prefer eating with bare hand but for specific food like beef soup, we eat it with spoon. Food that contain water are eaten with spoon.

I dont know how much a kg of mutton costs in pak but here in india it is very expensive...in telangana it is around 650 rs per kg(around 9 USD)...many families cant afford to eat it even once a month. Even the richest of the families eat it 4 or 5 times a month.... but mutton, may be 10 times a month..
Ideally yes. I mean it just ruins the mood if your food moves and bites back.
On a serious note though, I personally hate those Chinese & Japanese cuisines where they eat live sea food or even cook it alive. Just pisses me off.
