True that the EU cannot handle millions of Turks migrating to it.
I think the best way to do this would be to have special clause in the membership conditions that mandates that Turkey reaches a figure(why not 90%) of EU average GDP/capita before it's citizens can travel freely.
This free movement of people worked originally as there was not too much difference between the richest and poorest EU members. This all changed when the EU was expanded to include Eastern Europe which compared to the Western EU nations were much poorer.
Nobody is migrating anywhere. This is just a fvcking " TRAVEL VISA " not a citizenship, work or residence permit. If Turks would like to migrate to the European countries they would do what Syrians do today. But personally I would haven't said a word if Kurds go there permanently.
