This flight is organized by private non-Russian company. Russian specialists do assist the work of Damascus airport since Russia started military operations there. There is about 1 flight per week between Damascus and Minsk, and dozens per day from Turkey, Iraq, UAE and Egypt.

Lukashenko is trying to do the exact same thing Erdogan did to us last year: Weaponizing refugees and immigrants and sending them to the borders.
