Complete ban the posting on image only posts in all sections except "Photos and Multimedia". I can point you to around 50 threads by one or two members only where they are sharing NOTHING but just posting images/pictures AND these threads are in sections other than the multimedia section. This is just wastage of bandwidth. Also we are just spreading the multimedia/pictures data all over the forum where as having it restricted to one section will make access in future easier.

Please issue members a warning, make it a serious offense and people who are regularly posting only images with adding nothing to the debate/discussion should be asked not to or punished.
