On the contrary, it is a very misleading word. It covers up the fact that it is enabled by tax money, which is collected with enforcement. Anyone who disagrees with this project cannot withdraw his monetary support from it, which would mean not to pay tax. Try an experiment. Just refuse to pay tax for a year. You can always make it up next year. Government will soon teach you a lesson on what I meant by "enforced".

And Government should teach a defaulter a lesson. That is not enforced; it is the government of the people, elected by the people. They ask for taxes to do what they have been asked to do, by individuals, voluntarily. They do not exist due to miracles, or due to an act of God. They exist because people want them.
