Kheri is a Swahili name, but kayri, I must say I've never heard of it. Could it be old Khorasani derived. It's definitely not semetic in origin.

My linguistics degree is coming in useful now LoL [emoji23]
Yes. That post is good.

Some ways to find out your lineage and history is via family names, and names of villages or towns of your ancestors. Also, via language.

An example:

Has anyone ever heard of the name Kayri?

One of my ancestors.

I have read your posts with respect, and sometimes commented on them, I hope with the appropriate respect due to a member of worth. It is sad that the respect was not reciprocal. When you make these homespun remarks about the worth of a working man, and the relative futility of racial fetishes, I wish I could believe that you say so sincerely.
Please clarify the underlined statement.

Please look through your comments on the accusations made by another member, charging me with collusion with others outside the forum. The matter will be evident.

You don't have to take my word for it. Google it.

You are clutching at the very short straws with this need i say foolish argument.
Mate I'm not saying you'll never find a Hussain. I'm saying that the maghrebi people equate those names with Shias and another thing you probably didn't know about them, they are extremely anti Shia, maghreb region has 2% of Shias and those Shias are more closer to sunnis than they are to Iranian or Iraqi Shia. Shiaism died out in the maghreb long time ago, but there are people with those names, but it's rare to find them.

the balance has remain the same for generations. tribal sectarian politics.

but these arabic names are largely sectarian free.

although i would love your opinion on Iran's ban on certain arabic names and how closely linked they are with old Persian empire.

Are you done showing off? I’m an overseas Pakistani too. And no one in my peer use this word & if anyone does, we must correct them.

And I don’t care about the argument, my concern is your pathetic language. That speaks high about you as a person.
Term **** is a insult/derogatory/slur.....used in UK and Canada.....No Pakistani living in UK likes being called ****....

If he is calling Pakistanis "**** " in UK and they are ignoring it...it means they established his ignorance and inability to understand sentiments / culture etc... of Pakistanis.....which we can see here too.....

lot more can be said, but its better to ignore...same like the smart Pakistanis...who facing him everyday.......

the other katha angraiz.....joined him, who hated his father and Pakistan in every aspect.....

Then tell me whens the last time you met a Sunni with the name Reza or Raza. I promise you it's non existent. For some reason certain Arabic names are considered too Shia for sunnis or too Sunni for Shias. For example. In Iran we already know that Omar, Abu bakr and Othman are not names you'll find. But another name you won't find is Bilal or Bilel, or even Khalid. Although I've met a Khalid who was Iranian, he was Sunni

Oh wow i was actually correct. That was a fluke I took with the Khorasani origin statement. Avestan is the father of all Khorasani languages,

No, the truth is 2nd and 3rd generation overseas Pakistanis aren't are easily hurt as Pakistanis from Pakistan are. We learned to live with it and use it to our advantage. We call each other p@ki in the sense of brotherhood just like black people in America call each other n#gga.

You won't understand because you're probably not overseas Pakistani or you're fresh off the boat.
