Ok say there is a reform plan...whose gonna impose it?

Whose gonna listen to it?

Whose gonna implement it when laws that are already in our constitution such as rights of minorities are being overlooked at by our law makers and those who implement it or safe guard it? Its not that we dont have some laws its the question of what is the pipeline for the current system in making laws to implementing them? What about the basic pipeline for implementing laws which are already in our constitution? More like what are the people in the system doing about all this?

How can we trust them to make a change when there are somethings which are present but oppressed? How sure are we this said pipeline for change will not just get jammed in this pipeline and not move ahead? whose doing the pushing? where is the transparency on all this?

When you have corrupt people like ex CJ holding high positions who are above the law and a single FIR cant be drafted against him by a member of the parliament himself then what is the use of trying to fix this already available system which is a dying root of all pain the society has to endure?

IK? In order to have IK doing all this we have to first bring him in. How do we bring him in? Using a magic stick or through polls? If through polls then we have to first reform the system that ensures level playing field & then it's up to the people of Pakistan.

Army? In order to have army doing all this we need to first remove the constitution. When we remove constitution we also remove the system which we are dying to reform, all the fundamental rights of people including minorities are removed so implementation of any law formed under constitution in its letter and spirit is totally out of the question. Generals have ruled this country for more than 3 decades & I don't think they succeeded offering things you're referring to.

If army and then IK, who'll reform the electoral system that would ensure level playing fiend?
