Anyone here who thinks that Pakistan can take Kashmir in a war, and that China would attack India for Pakistan, I feel sorry for you and can only:lol: at this delusion.

Pakistan, for all facts and purposes, is China's counter (for want of a better term) against India. The sole reason China is interested in Pakistan is because of the thorny Indo-Pak issues, which keeps India tied down. If that is resolved, Pakistan would provide a land route for China's energy supplies bypassing the Malacca Straits. Do you seriously think China is interested in Indo-Pak peace?

I would disagree with that. Maybe that was the reason "at first", due to 1959 etc.

However, nowadays the most pressing issue is maintaining resource routes. Read the recently released 5-year plan by the CPC, and this is one of the highest priorities.

Problems with resource routes = Economic problems = Political problems. The greatest threat to China is internal instability, nothing else comes close.

Pakistan, in addition to being an old and trustworthy ally, is also our best shot at strengthening our resource routes from the Middle East, via the alternative route of Gwadar port + KKH. Concerns about India are secondary to this.

Agree with CD 100% even if there was no india factor, Pakistan being friendly neighbour's and Ally's would still have a very close relationship, for decade's our bilateral relationship has been on a upward trajectory.

I would rather be called Chinese than be called indian :bad:

We will leave our Indian identity the day you call yourself Indian. Be happy to call yourself Chinese, Turkish Afghan, Arab, American etc etc whatever you want.

Exactly right.

I welcome anyone reading this, to look at a map, and cover India with your hand. Even if India never existed, then China would still be seeking an alliance with Pakistan, a doorway into the Muslim world, and we would still be looking for a way to bypass the Malacca straits.

And China would always be grateful, for the fact that even during the early years of the PRC, when we were isolated on the world stage... Pakistan was always there to support us.

Most likely it will be a joint China-Pakistan venture on India.

The result will be that China will get Ladak and Pakistan will get Jammu and Kashmir.

The Pakistan army and China army already are making plans thats why there are Chinese troops on our side of LoC.

Both India and China are hogging energy resources, not to mention creating zones of influence in Asia and Africa. Creating a safe transit route for energy supplies is one way of outsmarting competition. China knows Malacca straits are a security risk and China cannot, atm, secure that route. Hence you have Gwadar investments. China in its right mind thought of using Pakistan as a counterweight against India and keeping India bogged down with trivial affairs. Most of India's reactions to Chinese 'initiatives' or moves have been kneejerk. Thats brilliant, I must say.

But like you said, Chinese government has created a monster by creating a fast growing, government controlled economy. If the government fails to deliver, the population is going to get restive and will rebel. That is one, among many such, fear of the CPC. The party will have to deliver - always. They do not have the luxury of failure accorded in a democracy. What if tomorrow the party fails to deliver? I may be wrong, but your fears of political unrest is quite true and its not a question of if, but when.

Pakistan can bring china and all other Islamic brothers on all over Pakistan. We don’t give Sh!t about it.
Chances of Real conflict are very small but if it happens then those entire ally will suffer a lot then what they are expecting.

That's being a bit harsh on the CPC. Any government anywhere in the world would have the same problem IMHO.
