They were so powerful but how much damage can they inflict on Israel back then? What's the biggest death toll Israel had since it was formed? It was this year. So all these bases and allies did nothing for them. It brought them isolated pockets in west bank and a siege in Gaza. They kidnapped some hostages and Israeli especial forces freed them. Thats amateur stuff. Since 1948 they thought and fought like amateurs. Always picking the wrong allies. Always having leaders who were Israeli spies. Always infiltrated by spy agencies.

Amateur?! Those were the core fighters. They were trained in camps by foreign Muslim forces and Eastern Bloc countries. They caused more deaths in battle,than any of those buffoons in Hamas who kept killing civilians in terror attacks.
