Did I say no civilians were killed? I stated of the dead, 1/3 were confirmed IDF members. Many of the others were armed settlers. It is important to understand that Hamas did not make an incursion into populated cities, but into the ring of illegal settlements, purposefully placed in the vicinity of Gaza so as to be considered Israel's first line of defense, veritable jail wardens. Most of these settlers are armed fanatics. In their case, the term "civilians" is nebulous; for civilians are by definition not armed, nor engaged in aggression. I do not deny that civilians were killed, but that there is more to the story.
