Gay rights- where is your country on it?

Why do you have a pro Gay stance... just becuase in the last 20 years they have been portrayed positively in the media.... you cant have a best selling movie, book, sitcom without a Gay reference.

As for Pakistanis .... we don't care.... Our slang is full of Gay humor.... It is this western media blitz we are against that tries to normalizes gay lifestyle



Please spare us the science mumbo jumbo .... Nowadays you can get an opinion (scientific, religious, political) for and against any cause... It just boils down to the fact who you listen too.

If you like Gay lifestyle so be it but spare us .... please don't try to impose your values or lack thereof upon the rest of us... It makes you look like the Taliban

I have pro human rights stance. I simple asked does your humor against gays or anti gays rights stance come from thinking that you are a morally better off country? are you?

You are born gay and it is not a choice. Every medical study by the worlds health experts agree.

What is so different with gays wanting marry? you think they love eachother any less? why is sexuality different from marriage , do straight people not have sex? do they not love eachother to then want to marry. Then whats different from gays who love echother too- why can't they marry?


What if you have a kid who had a life threating health issue and a gay doctor / surgeon is the only one who can operate on him and save him. Will you tell him to get lost? If not- why would you deprive that same gay doctor to marry the one he loves?

I don't think any behavioural aspect of any person's life is set in stone from birth. There are some who believe homosexuality is in one's genes and others who believe it is the result of nurturing. Many peoples even considered themselves as bisexual. I think if God is all about justice then he sshould not punish you for something which is in your genes and you have no control over it. If there is no choice then there should not be a punishment and its only religious reason for which peoples dont approve homosexuality becuase all major religions reject it...

I feel that homosexuality is an issue that can never be fully understood unless it has been a part of your personal experience. if you have never experienced homosexual feelings or had to deal with the related issues that arise from it then there is no possible way that you could even begin to comprehend it. : )

I personally feel that marriage is union of two opposite gender and main purpose of marriage is procreation. Also children need one father and one mother. He don't need two fathers or two mothers

how can pedophila even come to that point when the two people involved are not consenting adults - dont give me time tested old debunked agruments. Do you and I as hetrosexual not enjoy all kinds of sex that used to be considered taboo. Do we not come from a tradition in ancient time where you were not allowed to see your wife naked and have evolved from that? ( excuse the graphic example - perhaps for some)What about oral sex that was taboo and Sodomy that used to banned . have we not evolved from that to accept different " sex'...?

why atheist feel the need of marriage? Why they cannot live together and make a relationship without a piece of paper without any involvement of priest, moulvi or pundit? Do you need stamp of priest and his wishes and piece of paper for a successful relationship...

I understand the reasons for religious peopels to go to church for marriage ceremonies but i don't see the point for atheist to do this..If a couple cannot have kids, they can adopt kids which will get one father and one mother and as i said before it will not be fair for kid to grow up with two dads or two mothers

I have never heard of any gay laws in Sri Lanka. Society do not accept it openly here though it exists, even there was a gay parade this year.
