No, it is completely natural for a host country to answer critical questions. It is also normal that the same West has by far the most media clout in the world. After all the same guys are dominating football and FIFA and all other organizations.

Not true, plenty of locals, other Arabs, Pakistanis, other Muslims are employed. Naturally Western specialists will also be employed which is completely normal and something even the likes of China, Japan, South Korea and all non-Western nations do to a degree.

Look at how the main institutions (military), universities etc. were funded by Westerners in Pakistan and even most of our infrastructure (railways, dams), Punjab/Sindh turning into large agriculture producers on a large-scale due to the Brits.
