They are not applicable in conflicts where one of the parties did not sign.
The Daesh have clearly shown that they do not honour the convention,
which means that laws of war are no longer applicable.

True but that's not the reason here! French RoE are quite restrictive esp. vs some US practices.
It seems they were just loosened. I'd expect one more 8-10 ACs run before the CDG can launch
additional ones. The Mindef communique gives 10 out of 12 available jets out that night, good ratio.

I wouldn't be surprised if a big night with most jets out of Chammal and the incorporated CDG striking.
A second big one with your guys could chinch it. A long air conflict hitting all Daesh sites would mean
merging with Russians aircrafts a bit too close and and a tragic error occurring.
It's also important to remember that as of now, ground ops are only possible with the Kurdish Resistance
from the North at least until the most violent elections in history muddle the situation enough to make
them impractical.

Full invasion of Syria would be too costly and nukes are deemed a bit much.

they were sitting there for last two years telling everyone they are striking ISIS target but in fact they were helping ISIS or anti Asad groups (I dont know how they can distinguish between ISIS and other anti Asad groups), it their monster they created it in Lybia
