Why you got infuriated by his comment, all you need is to call him "Mleecha", which is equivalent of kaafir for Hindus.
there is NO death penalty for leaving Islam.

There is no equivalent concept of infidel/kaffir in Hinduism. The word Mleecha means someone who doesn't conform to Vedas, there are many sects of Hinduism who fit that description.
If India govt does not respect the judicial power of other countries, other countries also will not respect the judicial power of India.
There is no concept of picture etc here.
If some one renounces Islam, is to say after knowing the truth you walk away from it.
That person is sentenced to death.
No two ways about it.
Kafir is someone who dont believe in god and any religion. but what you say is mushrik.
Nopes
That is incorrect thinking.
When some one joins Islam, he is well aware of the rules.
We are not asking any one else to covert to Islam on gun point.
All what we are doing is, making sure the Islamic law remains active on MUSLIMS.
are you a Hindu? if yes then please dont speak lies and dont attribute lies to Islam.

really what a shame I was not aware of that I thought Islam was a one way street......guess I should read the real book instead of internet sources.....
name some sects at present age that fits your description.
Syrian Christians in Kerala are the natives who got converted 1500 ago, then why do you think these killings are happening now only?
kafir word is offensive to Hindus???
yes you should. its not a one way street. if you want to enter you are welcomed with open hands. if you leave you are warned of wrath of God in hereafter (which btw has nothing to do with this world neither any physical punishment here).
