Excellent Developments! Pakistan has stood against US!

.
The "declared" CIA agents (that the Pakistan government knows about) are fine, it is the "undeclared" ones & private military contractors like Raymond Davis that are the real problem. The Pakistan government does not know anything about the activities of these "undeclared" agents, but knows everything about the "declared" ones.

I'm sorry but why is the govt. allowing the CIA back into the country? They have nothing to gain to let these people in.

The CIA Agents legally in the country to catch terrorists is fine. The ones posing as tourists, businessmen, NGOs and civilians need to be nuetralized. Enough of this foreign backed terrorism in Pakistan. We have busted CIA over and over again doing sabatage in Pakistan or harm to Pakistani interest over the last 5 decades and we know the nature of the US will not change and the US cannot be trusted.

If you know the CIA are sponsoring terrorism in Pakistan why is your govt. letting them back in?

If you knew the "history" of the problem, you'd know that the problem stemmed with Hussain Haqqani issuing hundreds of visas to American agents without getting any information on them, or doing background checks on them. That is the crux of the problem, that there are "undeclared" agents that the Pakistani government doesn't know about, & doesn't know their covert actions inside the country.

I do hope this is true. this is how things should be running in the first place, and everytime they attack Pak army or ISI on any forum we should penalise them in any way and tell them we will not accept this and we can respond by including but not limited to blocking their access routes to afghanistan. We need to show them we mean business not just words actions.

Sorry to say Graphican, but in believing these words, you are not being practical. Here's why:

1 - Not* bowing before America for any issue against the interest of Pakistan. (Which I read as there won't be any Swat operation!)

(*I am supposing you mistyped Now for Not)

No one likes to bow before anyone, they are simply forced to do so. And if Pakistan is forced, then it is not up to Pakistan to decide whether to bow or not, rather it is up to the US.

2 - US Militry and Political delegations cannot meet PA military heads in one-on-one meeting. Meetings must be conducted in the presence of government officials. (A welcome step towards strengthening Government!)

I wonder what government officials, since PA personnel too are government officials. And how can they assure anyone that US military or political personalities are not having direct talks with the PA military personnel? Is it not that the seniors of the PA are in the US every other day doing courses or some other stuff? Besides, if it is the ministers that are to be present, then how prudent would it be to include a politician in direct military talks that pertain to highly sensitive security issues?

3 - US Media will not be allowed to defame or ridicule Pakistani Institutions (like ISI an Army) and any baseless allegation they put will be taken with tough hands. (Haha.. sounds difficult to implement though but that's the spirit!)

Well, here, you answered the question yourself. Media in every country does its own run. When in spite of great desires the US has failed to stop Pakistani media from printing anti-US rhetoric, how can anyone expect Pakistani government to stop the US media from doing anything at all?

4 - US Intelligence Network working in Paksitan has been completely disbanded! (Oh that was needed since it started!)

Impossible. As long as Pakistan has diplomatic relations with the US.

Embassy of any country in itself is the headquarters of the spy network in the host country. Rule's the same for all countries.
