Not sure about Pakistan Egypt joint venture as such but speaking of India, this is what it does at time and place when one don't expect it.

The question is, why should Pakistan jointly produce when it has already done it? These weapons are more of a strategical capability and successful when kept secret or out of reach.

At all, Pakistan might help Egypt in some areas in lieu of something from Egypt but doesn't sounds like what media outlet is trying to say.

U are talking about Egypt pre Sissi, since Sissi came into power, that country has become a direct vessel of the US, no way we should have let them have acess to our startegic prowess.
