Ok came across this and I’m kind of shocked because when you listen to this, you will think they’re talking about Bangladesh with Shonar references and sacrifices but this was made pre war, I reckon much before the political instability came in anyways enjoy

I feel Ayub Khan set the precedent. First by denying Fatima Jinnah her rightful seat, and then by delaying the much needed latinisation of the Urdu, so that it can be introduced in Bangladesh without resent as 'West Pakistan' imposing their script and culture.

today east Pakistan has no muscles poor Bangladesh

Today's Bangladesh is 20 times as stronger than when it was east Pakistan. Only a single division was deployed here.

It is very natural that a smaller country has to depend upon the goodwill of a bigger neighbor. It is the same throughout the world. But, we are somehow balancing India and China.

My one wish is BD to make good relationship with Pakistan so that we can support each other in times of defense needs.
