Dream Empire – China’s Real Estate Bubble - DW Documentary

Singapore and HK already done in my case hehe.

Germany I have invested in other ways...more specific company wise though. Real Estate not so much...I tend to be more shy for R.E if I do not know stuff for myself and have good friends network in the area etc.
You have done in SG and HK? Wow congrats you are a rich man. Germany property is very hot and it becomes overdrived recently because of Brexit. Many rich Brits, Arabs, Asians including their families storm major cities as Frankfurt and Munich as if the Armageddon is coming. I would avoid china property market. Anyone wants to buy a faceless apartment in giant cities of China? It is too much a gamble. I burnt my finger when buying China stocks in another gamble. The loss is mounting :(

Don't worry about China's real estate bubble
Do you know why China's real estate bubble has not burst?
Because China's real estate is controlled by the government.
Chinese government has long been well aware of the problem of real estate

happy Chinese new year

Well its because I grew up in both places...so they are the homes I grew up in that my parents held on to etc. I have taken over management etc as both me and my sister have left (so its bit empty nest) and they moved to smaller simpler living and this provides good hassle free income for them (on top of what I gave them too and invested). Plus we have good network there of people we know/employ in real estate business that can help out. The asset themselves are located in great areas so we know its really good investment in the end....already increased a lot since the values they got them for.

Yeah I tend to avoid China overall for stocks...(more so after Trump became president) I stick with industries and countries I know lot better...I do have some indexed funds in China for hedging portfolio a bit, but thats about it.
