This is nothing to do with one aspect of a defective find in India's AC. That is not going to be a training ship without aircraft capability to land on it or ability to use it as an " attack carrier" . This about your Carrier being cited as a training ship by your military experts too. attacking India does not make your carrier magically a true carrier... but I'm sure it will get you to grab your pom poms out of the closet.

Btw- US buys Israeli and NATO products, hell they even bought defective Military Chinese products we found out earlier this year...

I don't know, just like many articles written in reputable world news organizations.-They don't tell you tom dick and harry's name all the time when associating a comment. They have cited names to some other quotes made in there... and this is not an unnatural phenom in reporting.

I don't expect you to get that- I'm not here to convince the cheerleaders. Your need is not to get the best knowledge on the subject matter and look at it objectively rather it is to lash out the best distraction. Can't win with that outlook.

Below is mission of Carrier 16, I think:
1. Let Navy know Carrier, and learn how to make a good management;
2. testing every systerms(include carrier aircraft) in the carrier, and improving them gradually;
3. train carrier aircraft pilot, and I think the landing on deck is more important;
and I think there are a few phases, the above is the three impotant work at first phase, then new destroyer and submarine join, And I think at the end of phase 1, the carrier will be modified, be mounted with EMALS, then phase 2:
1. including the main job in phase 1.
2. flying from deck with the help of EMALS will main mission, and testing EMALS, and improve it.
3. China "E-2" will aboard on carrier, and be tested.
4. all the 052D and other guard will join, a real Carrier School shape.
5. indegenous Carrier are be finished, Carrier supply huge capable sailor, pilot, captain, and other talent for new carrier.
I do think almost all agree with me on the phase 1, some doubt about the phase 2. It is just my thought, a little bold, but I think it is reasonal.
Carrier 16 is training school, I hope it is.

it can operate helicopters NOW, which is very significant..i am pretty sure in a year or so it will able to operate j-15..J-15s are in final stage of testing

according to the commentator on CCTV, the casino license was not approved. But the original buy-sell contract with Urraine does not impose any restriction on the use of the vessel. I saw folded wings in the belly of the AC when the camera took a swift closer glance at the side of the hull.

The aircraft carrier is a spotless beauty!
