China unveils a new concept of naval warships - semi-submersible arsenal-ship

You mean the 400km range? Why can't? the object is airborne (AWACS, P-8)

The object is airborne doesn't mean you can see over the horizon like that. Hence the need for AWACs to see further. Why do you think we have E-2 aircraft for? Russia doctrine is to fire long range missiles and hit carrier groups before we detect their aircraft.

Radar Horizon + Atmosphere + Environmental Noise

Of course in "U.S. fanboy physics" these do not apply to U.S. made radars and they can detect and identify the tiniest Chinese periscope popping out of the water at maximum theoretical range with zero clutter.

In Chinese physics you make it impossible to do so.

AWACS wont be effective if it is not flying high.

The data 400km detection range for airbone object means already counted the over the horizon factor at least for flying high aircraft (and probably for medium altitude flying aircraft as well)
