Pakistan, as all other countries, and Pakistanis, like citizens of all other countries, are free to draft the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan as they wish. The constitution will be Islamic but it is Islam itself that provides equal rights to non-Muslims and equal opportunities as well. But does that mean a Hindu can become a judge of the Shariat court, you decide.
