This declaration is a double edged sword for India because it also includes TTP. All we have to do is show Indian hand behind TTP without a shadow of doubt. The Indians have just done a great disservice to themselves.

We also need to work on getting BLA activities listed and their attacks against Pakistan condemned.

And missing prominently is any mention of Kashmir Freedom Fighters.

Another important consideration. The title is misleading because the declaration DOES NOT say LeT and JeM are Pakistan based.
