Blasphemy accuser kills 80 year old man after police drop charges

Sir Qur'an contains orders but details are in hadees and also some extra orders because Qur'an it self says to follow the orders of HAZRAT MUHAMMAD SAW laws are based on both Qur'an and Hadees

Qur'an says There is no one for worship but Allah and Muhammad is His messenger please point me towards that part of Qur'an where Almighty is telling you to follow the orders of prophet Muhammad.

Even when he was declared innocent by the court and then by the Scholars as well, there's NO justification at all for this heinous crime. This Jahil Maulvi should be brought to justice.

May Allah's wrath be upon these Jahil Mullahs.

This is no place to discuss Islam and now you get infractions for otherwise. But just to clear the things up, Islam is the teachings of Prophet and the Quran. Muhammad's actions were based on Quran and that is why it is said to be 'Sunnah'. The shahada is the base, not the complete structure.
Basically, it sums up to:
1) Belief in Allah
2) Belief in His messengers.
3) Belief in The Book.
4) Belief in The Last Day.
5) Belief in Angels.

Even if a person is wrong, you have no right to woe on him in Islam, not even Zardari.
Allah will do what is best, don't worry.

On topic: The murderer must be arrested and be prosecuted for murder. During the Prophet's era, there were people who abused him and Islam, but they weren't killed were they?

Sir what Mumtaz Qadri did he did it for Martyerdrom it was his main motive he will become biggest hero of this century for millions in Pakistan what needs to be done that Pakistani Government should punish those who commit blashmey and who are proved innocent that those who falsely accuse them should be punished this is the only solution

So killing anyone walking on the road is fine if you term it in accordance with 'Holy Directives' ?
That's just sick! That's the problem with our country, people think that even the most hated of evils are acceptable under the guise of religion. Raping a woman is wrong, if it's for honour, then call up your friends too! Torture is wrong, if it's in revenge, then let's leave all bounds behind! Islam commands a woman's sanctity to be respected, but if she refuses you in marriage then bathe her in acid. Similarly, Islam tells us that 'He who killed one human, is as if he killed humanity in totality', however we'll just murder them and laugh over it after accusing them of blasphemy. These are just sorry excuses for satisfying ourself when we know we just did something that would otherwise haunt us forever.

This same modus operandi was put to test in Gujranwala when a man accused his neighbour of being a blaspheme, an angry mob stoned him to death and the accuser fled. Turned out the accused had some dispute with the accuser and the latter used religious extremism to remove his opponent for good, is that the kind of society you want to live in? Were the actions of the mob justified?
Then we have Faisalabad where a woman accused her husband of burning a copy of the Quran, the man was being beaten to death by a crowd when someone had the good sense to actually look at what he was burning and it turned out to be a primary school urdu book, the man had had an argument with his wife over his children's education and had burnt their books in anger, she decided she had had enough of him and tried to use bigotry to her advantage, luckily, the man was saved.

If that's the society you want to live in then by all means immigrate to any of the various Taliban controlled provinces in Afghanistan.

Islam is the teachinf of the Prophet?

I used to think Islam is the teaching of Allah.

I hope we agree that Islam is all about Quran.

...and Quran is the word of Allah.

How is it that Islam is the teaching of the Prophet?

The problem primarily is not the law. It only exist due to public support or at least sympathy of the general public. If the law was abolished, people still would be killed on blasphemy insinuations. Then not at the hand of an executioner of the court, but on the street, gunned down or lynched by a mob. The problem is the mindset of many, which can only think rigidly or in terms of violence, as Zarvan perfectly demonstrates.

Yes, they killed their father, it is crazy.

It is common in Pakistan, you can't express your opinions. Whatever you disagree, someone will kill you for no reason. They will kill you!

Enough of the backward obscurantists - this country needs men with cojones to take on the takfiri riffraff.

These idiots are stupid honestly - This bullet could have been used to take out an Indian but these idiots are fighting each other.

Yesterday, you and your Pan-Islamist friends wanted the retarded and inhumane blasphemy law and tomorrow you and your Mullah friends will rally for the "apostasy law", where anyone who leaves Islam can be sentenced to death. This will keep happening until you and your Mullah friends achieve full Islamist theocracy (imposing your will and religion on everyone else and turning Pakistan into an extremist sh*thole) or until somehow Pakistan becomes a less religious and more tolerant country (whether by education or by influential free-thinkers etc.)

It baffles me how Pakistan went from a secular, tolerant country back in the 40s and 50s, to what it is today.

This is sad.......... the blasphemy laws were bought in for this very reason that people dont meet out raw justice like this, hence the blasphemy laws were bought in to allow the due process of Law. The man is found not guilty, thats it, the case is over.... any action beyond that is unlawful and wrong
