Blasphemy laws aren't mentioned in the Quran but blasphemy is and Allah(SWT) did not tell is to kill them.

Hadith contradicts blasphemy in the Quran.

It is not in Quran , but its there in certain ahadith,

e.g In Sahih Bukhari :

1. Life for life (in cases of intentional murders without right);
2. A married person who commits illegal sexual intercourse; and
